Who am I?

Caroline Gentier

My toolkit is filled with 25 years of practical experience in multiple fields. I managed teams in various roles, each time focusing on guiding people’s transitions, growth and development. This has given me a good picture of the ins and outs of organisations and I gladly pass that experience on to you.

Then you have come to the wrong place, because my approach is better characterised by ‘less is more’. We’ll give you practical skills instead of a philosophical or theoretical explanation. We’ll explore new paths and insights, always with the necessary depth and substantiation. I’ve learned that I have to follow the path that makes me the happiest above all, which is working with people and helping them grow. I get tons of energy from that and I want to know where you get your energy from. Let’s discover that together!

I process all the info from our sessions and create an action plan. We go through all the steps together and make adjustments to our plan whenever that’s necessary, because a tailor-made approach is what Consero stands for. You’ll hear from me after each session to see how you’re progressing.
